Damien Lassus is a dive bottle lover. In his cellar, located in the heart of the Saint-Augustin district, he likes to surprise and play the magician: he makes his little nuggets appear, disappear and then reappear to the delight of his customers. His credo is diversity: red, rosé, white wines and especially champagne which is his speciality. However, it does not neglect aperitifs and spirits: whisky, rum, cognac, armagnac, gin, port, vodka, pastis, beers, ciders, etc. As he considers the container to be important, he has selected accessories: decanters, wine or spirit glasses, aerators, ice-bags, etc. And to accompany the liquids, he has also put on the shelves delicatessen products such as olive oil, castle salt, terrines or Basque products.
