Vinimarché, already established in Pessac and Saint-Genès, is present in the Halles de Bacalan. At its head Régis Deltil, a former industrialist, passionate about wine who has converted, and his son Bertrand who has just joined him. Here the sign is both a cellar and a wine bar. The selection is still as precise as ever but accessible to all budgets, from small nuggets to large bottles with a space for the great classified growths. More than 200 references give pride of place to wines from the South-West and especially to organic wines. We come to buy but also to taste a few glasses around tapas and delicatessen plates. The quality products all come from the merchants of Les Halles. As for the animation of tasting workshops, master classes in the evening at the beginning of the week, afterworks, and every Saturday a winemaker introduces his wine.
