Zum zweiten Mal funktionierte die Bestellung / Lieferung nicht einwandfrei!
Arroganter und wenig hilfreicher Kundenservice! Habe als Resultat dieser Erfahrung die gesamte Bestellung storniert und mein Kundenkonto löschen lassen.
Schwer verständlich, wie man solche Personen im Vertrieb hochwertiger Weine einsetzen kann….

Everything is fine , only one regrets on the change of delivery cost with a fix $60 delivery cost whatever the amount ordered . The previous system with free delivery for an order above few hundred dollar was better .

Sadly disappointed to see they are charging VAT on en primeur wines from point of ordering. Paying VAT on a product I won’t receive for another two years is using my money as cash flow and no one else does this

Je suis ravie de cette jolie découverte.
Un vin rosé tout en excellence et fraîcheur, avec de délicieuses notes d'agrumes et de fleurs blanches.
Il est idéal pour un apéritif réussi !

Sehr guter Kundenservice - Zustellung eine Katastrophe - es scheiterte fast. Millesima verwendet in Österreich DHL und ermöglicht nur nach einem komplizierten Verfahren, DHL eine Abstellgenehmigung zu erteilen. DHL wiederum vergibt keine Zeitfenster. Heißt: Man muss persönlich da sein, wenn DHL kommt. Wann DHL genau kommt (Zeitfenster), erfährt man von DHL in der Früh desselben Tages. Unfasslich, wer kann sich einteilen, in genau diesen zwei Stunden desselben Tages zuhause zu sein?
