The Saint-Michel district is alive with large daily markets
In the heart of the Saint-Michel district, in the middle of the vast central square, stands the building dedicated to the archangel of the same name. Today, the district lives to the rhythm of the large daily markets: the food market mainly under the Halle des Capucins and in the open air for Saint-Michel. At weekends, food trucks and second-hand goods dealers of all kinds come together. All around and in the adjacent streets, decoration, antique and second-hand shops, vintage shops, etc.

Quartier assez pauvre de Bordeaux, toutefois animé avec le grand marché des capucins.
On recommande d'éviter d'être seul ou vulnérable la nuit etc. même s'il reste relativement sûr.

Très animés avec les marchés ces quartiers sont sympas et populaires

Le quartier Saint-Michel est agréable pour se balader, avec notamment la basilique et sa brocante. En quelques minutes on peut se retrouver dans le quartier des Capucins avec sa Halle et ses bons produits.
