Puis les violations de correspondance privée les e-mails adressé par erreur et utilisé de manière frauduleuse c'est un délit il faut leur rappeler. C'est juste honteux de la façon dont on est traité alors qu'il n'y a rien comme délit.
On est vachement bien défendu effectivement on peut se faire agresser le tribunal ne fera rien. Juge qui fait des discriminations orales à l'encontre des prévenus y a personne qui dit rien. Le tribunal judiciaire de Bordeaux ne sert à rien juste à prendre notre argent dans des procédures ou il y a vices sur vices. Ils ne respectent pas le principe de contradiction. Ils discriminent. Ils ne protègent pas.
Une conversation n'est pas du harcèlement. Des e-mails qui sont volontairement utilisé par une autre personne dans le but de nuire et qui ne sont pas adressé à cette personne et qui partagent sur les réseaux sociaux à la personne qui dépose plainte c'est de la violation de correspondance privée c'est clairement mentionné dans la loi et pas respecté par les tribunaux.
