J’ai emmenée ma trottinette électrique pour changer ma chambre à air creuvé
Resultat : 75€ de factures mais selon eux pneu en bon etat, verifié pas besoin de changer
Apres avoir fait 1km avec la trottinette, chambre à air à nouveau crevé je reviens 48h, pour expliquer , reponse : pas de soucis on l’emmene en SAV
1 jour apres : bonjour votre trottinette est prête faudra repayer 75€ (alors que on m’a pas prevenu)
Soit disant y’avait un bout de feraille sur le pneu ( mais selon eux je l’ai eu 1km apres avoir recuperer ma trottinette… )peut etre que le pneu n’a pas été bien verifier la 1er fois mais on doit rien dire :)
J’ai négocier et j’ai du payer 50€ pour le SAV
Je regrette j’aurai du aller chez repair and run bcp moins cher .. ça m’apprendra
J'ai amené ma trottinette ici car j'avais un souci, ils me l'ont prise rapidement, m'ont bien conseillé pour que je ne gaspille pas d'argent
Ils sont honnêtes et bon accueil
Je recommande vivement
Si j'ai besoin j'irais directement chez eux sans problème
