To experience a typical Neko café, head for Nekomata, where everything has been designed to fit in with this concept, which is all the rage in Japan. Greeted by nine adorable cats, you slip into slippers and choose your drink, which is included in the formula: here, you pay according to the time you spend there. Afterwards, it's up to you to settle down on a sofa in the dining room or in the cool courtyard. You can pick from the mango library, nibble a Japanese snack(onigiris, mochis...), hand out some croquettes, and get your fill of purrs! Reservations recommended.
