At Emely(she) and Thomas(him), the desserts are exceptional. You'd think so, given the young man's background: a pastry chef by training, he did his apprenticeship at Ducasse before making his mark in a Michelin-starred establishment in Florida. It was there that he met Emely, a specialist in luxury service. Together, they left their suitcase in Bordeaux and opened this refined tea room with continuous sweet and savoury service. On Sundays, they offer a varied and copious brunch. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is there.

Malgré cela, j’ai décidé de m’installer et de commander des œufs brouillés pour ma fille, en précisant simplement que je les souhaitais un peu plus cuits que d’habitude. À ce moment-là , la serveuse m’annonce un temps d’attente très long, justifiant cela par le fait que je demandais « quelque chose de spécifique ». Sérieusement ? Je ne demandais qu’une cuisson légèrement différente…
Face à ce manque de considération, j’ai finalement préféré quitter l’établissement et aller manger ailleurs. Dommage.
Hablan castellano y todo está muy bueno. Destacar la tostada francesa, buenÃsima!!!
