You'd think so, given the young man's background: a pastry chef by training, he did his apprenticeship at Ducasse before making his mark in a Michelin-starred establishment in Florida. It was there that he met Emely, a specialist in luxury service. Together, they left their suitcase in Bordeaux and opened this refined tea room with continuous sweet and savoury service. On Sundays, they offer a varied and copious brunch. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is there.

We've been here several times and it never disappoints. Their cinnamon rolls are the best in Bordeaux! The food is great and the ambience warm. Loved their iced coffee and detox juice.

Une très belle découverte ! Le cadre est chaleureux, le service attentionné et les plats… un vrai régal pour les papilles. Tout est fait maison, avec des produits frais et de qualité. Mention spéciale pour le dessert de mille crêpes absolument délicieux ! Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés et où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

J’ai goûté ici le meilleur gâteau mille crêpes de ma vie ! Chaque couche de crêpe était fine, parfaitement cuite, et la crème entre les couches était légère, onctueuse et délicatement parfumée. Le tout fond littéralement en bouche. C’est un dessert à la fois raffiné et généreux, parfaitement équilibré en goût et en texture. Un vrai travail d’orfèvre. Si vous êtes amateur de pâtisserie fine, c’est une expérience à ne pas manquer. Je reviendrai rien que pour ça !

Tout est parfait ! Le cadre, les pâtisseries et même les toilettes ???????? ! Nous avons pris 2 Mille crêpes succulents, la présentation est magnifique ! Bravo, on recommande vivement !!!
