This second-hand shop promises you a wide choice of clothes and accessories. In its shop with a wooded front, many jewels and clothes of very popular brands (Diesel, Maje, Isabel Marant, IKKS or Zadig & Voltaire) are displayed at low prices. Would you rather empty your dressing room? In that case, the appointment is given every day except Saturday. You will determine with Jolie Môme the price of your clothes and, with each article sold, you will receive half. The icing on the cake is that Jolie Môme has a creative space.

Une commerçante qui ne l’est pas

J’y ai commandé pour un anniversaire un bijoux de la marque Zag, vu auparavant dans la boutique mais en rupture le jour de ma venue. La vendeuse me conseille alors d’acheter un bijoux à peu près similaire le temps qu’elle passe commande pour que je puisse avoir quelque chose à offrir en attendant que le vrai bijoux soit récupérable en boutique, 5 jours plus tard à la boutique. Je n’ai jamais été rappelé, et en me déplaçant plusieurs jours après le délai passé, cette même vendeuse d’un ton particulièrement hautain et détaché me dit qu’elle n’a pas eu le temps de me rappeler et que le bijoux n’était en fait plus commandable. Elle ne me propose même pas de solution, ne m’aide pas à trouver quelque chose à trouver en remplacement et coupe court à la conversation pour aller frapper à la porte de la cabine d’essayage et demandait à la personne de bien vouloir se dépêcher.
Pour conclure, un service client déplorable pour un petit commerce réputé, quel dommage...

Bracelet and ring ring "Zag" bought at a price that didn't let me believe it was used jewelry… I still did not understand whether I bought any new or occasion. All I'm sure is that a bracelet broke 24 hours after I offered it to my daughter and "Pretty Kid" didn't want to change it. What a disappointment!!!
