Apartments with kitchen, TNT and Canal+ TV, guest rooms and suite in a refined hotel in Bordeaux.

This establishment, just a stone's throw from Pey Berland, is a real gem! The studios and apartments are decorated with sobriety and refinement. As the establishment overlooks a street reserved for the tramway, all rooms are quiet. As for the guest rooms, the atmosphere is chic and hushed, with original, meticulously-crafted decor highlighting the building's many assets: parquet floors, moldings, fireplaces... A particular favorite is the Pomerol suite, with its bathroom in the bedroom, hidden behind the headboard.

Emplacement très pratique et central mais il faut payer du parking si Vous avez une voiture. Literie confortable par contre état des lieux de la suite assez dégradé que ça soit la peinture ou les portes, la salle de bain avec beaucoup de carreaux de carrelage manquants, joints manquants, radiateur de salle de bain vieux et rouillé et le ménage laissait à désirer : poussière pas faite et toiles d’araignées, mur avec des projections dans la cuisine . La cafetière filtre ne fonctionnait pas bien et pas de machine à café nespresso. Chambre assez mal insonorisée quand des personnes passent dans le couloir. Trop cher pour la prestation.

Un lieu fort agréable avec un personnel accueillant. Autre avantage la situation centrale pour visiter Bordeaux.
Ces chambres avec moulures parquet et grande hauteur sous plafond ont un charme unique.

I was pleasantly surprised at this very charming hotel in Bordeaux. Very centrally located and my single room was great. Small kitchenette , bathroom , single bed etc. the front door has a small private sort of terrace, I saw an ashtray on the table so :) there was a huge lively French window into the quiet courtyard which is set back from the street . I would highly recommend this for your stay in Bourdeaux !

There is no other word to describe this hotel than a fraud. This hotel allowed us to stay in a room with no heat on a night where the temperature was below freezing. They knew the heat wasn't working, lied to us at first, and finally admitted it would be days before it would be fixed.||||At first we were told it just took time to warm up. Finally, the night clerk admitted the heat was broken. But that was at 10:30 at night when we returned from dinner and had no other option than to stay.||||The worst thing is that it is now 8 days after we checked out and the general manager has not made contact with us. She should be embarrassed.
