Valérie has beautifully fitted out these two rooms in a beautiful Bordeaux family house with a remarkable listed façade. She shares with visitors her human values of trust, tolerance and service. Eco-responsibility and authenticity are the order of the day here: organic jams made with fruit from the garden, fresh bread and home-made pastries, linen washed with vegetable-based detergent, cleaning done with natural products, etc
