The menu at Chez Soif is one of the most tasty, highlighting local products: XXL scallops from Port-en-Bessin; dry à la plancha, pig broth and yellow chanterelles from the Dune du Médoc... En résumé nous avons adoré Soif.
A noter : nous étions la table juste à côté de "pigment press" qui a laissé un avis calamiteux. Nous pouvons certifier qu'aussi bien la Chef que le propriétaire qui assurait le service ont fait preuve de BEAUCOUP de compréhension et de professionnalisme envers ces "clients".
While the wine list was decent and dessert passable, none of it could make up for the lack of basic respect. In a city full of beautiful restaurants with kind, thoughtful staff, this one is simply not worth your time!
Eppure mancava qualcosa ad alcuni dei piatti: sapori slegati o accostamenti non azzeccati. Carta limitatissima di cui il proprietario non fa mistero. Da provare tenendo presente il rischio di uscirne sazi ma non soddisfatti.
