The château is one of 5 seigniorial buildings in the village, resembling the branches of a star. Perched on its hillside, the Vandelles have been working the vineyards since 1883. After Auguste, Joseph gave it a real boost. Following the sudden death of his father Alexandre, Arthur is now the sixth generation of winegrowers to produce fine, mineral whites. Over the past century, the sparkling wines, then crémants, from l'Étoile have earned international renown, with their remarkable mousse. All still wines are aged in oak barrels.

Maj en décembre 2020 : Accueil très sympathique, producteur qui mérite un détour si vous passez pas loin. Le caveau est ouvert cet hiver. La cuvée des Ceps d'or montre tout le savoir-faire d'un travail très original du chardonnay. Le macvin est aussi très bon.
Belle découverte d'un savagnin avec ouillage.
