This cheese factory is a co-operative that manufactures the cheese with cow's milk from the member breeders. But it's more than just a "fruit", because here, not only fine-tuning the cheese, and we sell it, but we're being explained! Petit restaurant sympathique et très bon. Ils proposent des spécialistés du coin, les fromages sont excellentes et la fondue extra ! Service impeccable. Nous recommandons vivement, mais penser peut être à réserver :)
