La crème des éclairs non seulement encore congelée mais surtout complètement tranchée. Inévitablement susceptible de bactéries (salmonellose)
Bien sûr nous les rapportons au responsable qui constate, nous regarde droit dans les yeux ironiquement et part sans un mot dans l'arrière boutique.
Je déclenche ce jour une réclamation auprès des services sanitaires compétents en vue d'un contrôle adéquat.
