This estate, created in 1942, was the precursor of whites with character and single-varietal reds. The Rolet estate is constituted in AOC Arbois, as well as under the appellations Château-Chalon, Etoile and Côtes du Jura. The harvest is done by hand to preserve the terroir as much as possible. A wine library with old vintages will allow you to acquire some beautiful bottles. A successful transmission, in the respect of those who have worked the vineyard throughout these decades to make this estate become what it is today: a reference.

We walked in from the street, had a free tasting and tried wonderful wines! They truly represent the terroir. Even bought 6 bottles. Absolutely would recommend!

Magnifique accueil ! Visite des caves, dégustation magistrale, charcuterie et fromage de qualité ! Très bonne adresse ! Et surtout un passionné en face de nous, fier de son terroir ! Merci pour ce moment ! Nous reviendrons sans hésitations !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans la boutique en plein centre d'Arbois. Merci à Chloé pour nous avoir offert une très belle dégustation entre les rouges, les blancs, le vin de paille, le vin jaune et même la vieille fine.
Ce n'est pas tous les jours qu'on a le privilège de partager avec un maître de chai. Expérience très sympa.
Je ne connaissais pas ce domaine. J'ai été conquis par la qualité des vins. Ils feront partie dorénavant de ma cave.
