Bruno Grandvoinnet, master pastry chef and chocolatier, has opened a tasty chocolate shop in Arbois with Mélanie Teles. The establishment has several spaces. On the first floor, a room with 16th century woodwork follows a small reading room. On the first floor, in addition to the tea room and snacking area, customers can sit in the magnificent vaulted cellar converted into a tea room, or on the terrace completely protected from the noise of the street. The pastry and snacking laboratories are glazed and visible to customers.

Called in as passing and only wanted a light bite. My husband had the Crocque Monsieur and I had the cheese flan followed by ice cream. The ladies who served us were very welcoming and polite. The place was spotlessly clean, and it was amazing with different areas to sit. Just stunning. If we were staying longer in Arbois, would definitely go again and probably much earlier as I expect there is more choice, it was late in the day and near closing, but that wasn't a problem, unlike England where if you walked into a place an hour before or even 2 hours before closing they say the kitchen is closed, and it's happened! Brilliant place!
