Restaurant offering excellent value for money dishes in Auros.
Just ten kilometers from Langon, L'Absolu deserves a lot of praise, starting with its elegant stone façade. With its large mural, the Forest room gives us the impression of being in an undergrowth forest. All the rooms are pleasantly decorated. As for the cuisine, the chef offers dishes in the same vein, i.e. refined and accompanied by tasty sauces. All at excellent value for money. A video-surveillance area has been set aside for children, with a special menu and menu for them.

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment à déjeuner dans ce restaurant, je pense avoir mangé la meilleure tarte au citron revisitée jusqu'à ce jour.

Une table locale , de haut vol, un cadre bucolique Benoit aux petits soins , dénier truc de fou , la déclinaison tarte citronnée , un truc de fou

Des plats tous simplement parfait ! Le chef est excellent dans chaque plats. Le prix est à la hauteur de la qualité donc je recommande sans problème. (Un gros coup de cœur sur le pavé d'espadon qui est parfaitement réalisé)
