This Breton has had the right idea of settling in arcachonnaise to skulk its new concept  : the oyster cellar. The idea is that of a shop offering the day-to-day tasting and harvesting of oysters from the Bassin d'Arcachon, cooked crustaceans and fresh fish fillets. The mollusques tasty, accompanied by the Gers, Bordeaux (Pessac Léognan, etc.) or the fatty liver of the Landes, are taken away at home. Very friendly location.
