Located in the heart of the town, a few steps from the train station, the tourist office is an ideal place to start your visit of Arcachon and the Bassin. After a friendly welcome where we take the time to introduce you to the richness of the region, between walks and guided tours, you can leave to discover the city and its surroundings. You can also take advantage of guided walking tours or audio guided tours of the winter town in 1h30 as well as nature tours, with a naturalist guide, to discover "the secret life of the Pereire sandbank" (times depending on the tides) or "the songbirds of the Abatilles park". The office also has a list of restaurants and shops, as well as reservation terminals directly linked to the hotels. You will also be able to find out about all the shows, concerts, etc. that are played in Arcachon. Don't forget to visit the small souvenir shop for your last purchases of local products. A special service is also available for groups as well as for the organization of short stays. Finally not to be missed is a visit to the Bunker just below, a remnant of the Second World War which bears witness to many important moments in history.
