Le Passant is a water cab that allows you to cross the basin quickly
Want or need to get across the Bassin quickly (i.e., avoiding traffic jams, especially in summer)? If so, come aboard Didier's water cab (a sheltered wooden pinasse) Le Passant III. Departing from the ports of Arcachon, Moulleau, Cap-Ferret, de l'Herbe and La Hume, you'll soon be at your destination! And since Didier knows the Bassin well (5th generation sailor) and has been an oyster farmer for 30 years, we're happy to call on him for a visit along the water. Tours available on request.
