mauvaise adresse nous a ete communiquer sur notre reservation pas de 224 a cette adresse nous avons tournes 4 fois et apres demande a des pietons nous y sommes arrives mais nous avons perdu toute notre soiree et tres existes egalement parking ne corespond pas aux 4 etoiles et a25 euros la journee

Accueil sympathique, chambre correct, vue sur mer mais petite vue…
Petit déjeuner catastrophique et trop cher pour confiture, beurre , une compote périmée , du pain dur mais dur ,nous avons demander d autres pains .celui ci est arrivé avec 3 morceaux de pains plus ou moins frais et un morceau encore dur .bref petit déjeuner à fuir .nous avons été réveiller à 9h du matin par quelqu’un qui est rentrer dans notre chambre…la blague, nous qui n avions pas fait de grasse matinée depuis des mois et bien ça n était pas pour ce jour .après avoir expliqué tout ça a l accueil, aucun gestes effectués.bref hôtel 2/3 étoiles mais loin d un 4 étoiles …décevant, nous revenons sur arcachon mais pas dans cette hôtel trop cher pour la prestation
