Even if it does not directly overlook the ocean, this Maeva residence is small hundred metres walk beach. Quiet area, away from the summer bustle it city centre is 1 km, the building has studios which can accommodate 4 people. Apartments equipped with a bathroom with baignore and well-equipped kitchen. Possibility to receive Wi-fi in the apartments and enjoy hotel services for a stay in total tranquillity.

Superbe vue embarcation pour le cap ferret et l île aux oiseaux etc...

Hôte désagréable, prix exorbitant pour un « appartement rénové » de la taille d’un studio parisien, vue médiocre sur le parking, nous avons du payer un supplément pour avoir des draps et des serviettes de 25€, le ménage non-inclus était de 40€, hôte désagréable et l’appartement était déjà sale à notre arrivée. Sans oublier les produits électroménagers qui ne marchent pas.
