Villa Régina is a magnificent rented residence in Arcachon style Second Empire, comfortably installed in the neighborhood of the Winter City and 800 meters from the beach. High vacation resort in 1920 under the name of Regina Palace hôtel and Grand Hôtel de la Fôret, the façade in 1900 style is simply sublime, surrounded by large palm trees. Today Villa Régina welcomes 66 bright apartments from 20 to 45 m², in the form of studio or 2 rooms for 3-4 people (possibility of connecting apartments). All equipped with a kitchenette (microwave and dishwasher) and with many windows overlooking the wooded gardens and beautiful houses of the neighborhood, they are functional and not at all stuffy. Whether you are on the 1st or 4th floor, the establishment is located on a hill, the view is always more pleasant. The decoration, very simple style, in light shades, only amplifies the light entering in each room. The white breakfast room, with its columns and period armchairs is a charming place, thanks to the large bay window offering a wide view on the typical houses of the neighborhood. From May to September, an outdoor swimming pool and a few deckchairs are available to enjoy the sun, in the calm of the station. For overnight stay, a week or up to 4 months in the places, in all seasons, the hotel is pleasant.
