" Le Vézère " is the town of Terrasson's gabare. At 15 meters long, it can carry around 40 people. The 40-minute tour takes in the history of the old town, the Vézère valley (a UNESCO World Heritage site) and its gabariers. You'll pass the 12th-century Pont Vieux, the town's emblem, which you can admire up close. Downstream of the town, the Vézère makes a U-turn just before the dam and returns to the Embarcadère: ponton du Brasset, between the Libération parking lot and the Tourist Office.
