This Haut-Doubs institution dates back to 1890. Five generations of know-how have created famous beverages such as the fir bud liqueur or the famous Pontarlier-Anis with green anise. But it's also absinthe that takes pride of place in this distillery. In 2007, the distillery was awarded the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Living Heritage Company) distinction, a label given to French companies with excellent craft and industrial know-how. A new management team is carrying on the tradition with some very fine innovations.

Living Heritage Company. Open Tuesday to Friday from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm; Saturday from 8am to 12pm. Delivery possible (online service). Free visit every half hour.
