Marc Verdant is passionate, rigorous and demanding. He is also highly creative. It's only logical, given the high standards imposed on each gourmet creation. There are two outlets in Pontarlier, this one in the center of town and a very elegant showroom in the Planchettes area. The pastries are just like the Chocolats, alongside other remarkable, innovative and even surprisingly original creations.
