Liquor stores Sarlat La Caneda

Located in the heart of Sarlat, the store sells alcohols made in the old Lapouge Distillery in Madrazes, founded in 1860, which later became Distillerie du Périgord. Their offer is based on the Périgord region: ratafia, walnut liqueurs, truffle or chestnut based aperitifs... Not forgetting their range of Lascaw whisky, aged between 5 and 20 years! The Distillerie du Périgord has also launched culinary aids: wines and infusions of mushrooms ready to use for deglazing, marinating, flaming... Recipes are even available on their website!

It's a fine traditional distillery with a fine reputation. This traditional distillery was founded by Raymond Gatinel, then a "bouilleur ambulant", and is now run by his son Jacques, who carefully preserves the secrets of making pear, plum, cherry, apricot and other eaux-de-vie. Aperitifs, fruits à la liqueur, creams and liqueurs complete this fine selection of eaux-de-vie with a well-deserved reputation.
