La cuisine est très bonne, nous nous sommes régalés avec un menu périgourdin, foie gras mi cuit succulent, croustillant de confit de canard plein de saveur avec son accompagnement de patates douces et sésames, le dessert sous forme de vacherin aux noix était un régal. Le tout agrémenté de verres de vin quasi locaux, monbazillac et bergerac.
