Our team has a special liking for these owners, who are welcoming and take care of their visitors.

In a wooded park of 3 ha, and only 900 meters from the medieval center of Sarlat, Nathalie and Marc welcome you in a superb eco-label environment where everything has been thought of to make your stay unforgettable! Nine beautiful individual houses from 50 to 110 m² in solid wood, built by Marc and his sons, fitted out with charm and softness by Nathalie, are waiting for you in this magical place. The Grand Confort classification corresponds to the level of a 4 star rental. Each house has a terrace, and the swimming pool is a little further away, in the sun.

Si vous cherchez des gîtes confortables, au calme, espacés les uns des autres et judicieusement orientés, une grande piscine chauffée éloignée juste ce qu'il faut (mais pas trop) des gîtes pour ne pas être source de nuisances sonores, à 15mn à pied du centre historique de Sarlat (où le stationnement en saison - pré - touristique est un véritable casse-tête), alors vous êtes au bon endroit. Un accueil familial de la part de Nathalie, à l'écoute de nos moindres besoins, source de conseils judicieux sur les endroits à visiter et (surtout) le meilleur chemin pour y accéder. C'est notre deuxième séjour au Pré de l'Arbre (1er séjour en février 2021) et probablement pas le dernier. PS: la région est absolument magnifique

Magnifique endroit ! Porte bien son nom.Très cosy, calme, superbe piscine, accueil très chaleureux, et à 15 min à pied du coeur de la vieille ville de Sarlat.

Séjour, parfait pour découvrir le Périgord dans un écrin de verdure. Très bon accueil de Céline et contact très sympathique avec Nathalie. Le temps était parfait, la piscine, la nature et la gastronomie… Nous reviendrons.

Très belle endroit pour se ressourcer à 15 minutes à pied de Sarlat (pensez aux chaussures de marche) . Merci à Nathalie pour son accueil et ses conseils.
