This old family barn, which has been transformed into a contemporary restaurant in recent years, will undergo a major change in 2021. The owner, Jean-Marc Delmond, is planning a major overhaul of his business, with a different approach to local products to be incorporated into his recipes. An even stronger proximity in his territory, with an approach initiated by the last 14 months that we have just lived. He is back in the saddle for a new project, always with his desire to cook well and good. No doubt in a different way.

Un super endroit où le patron propose une cuisine gastronomique avec des saveurs très originales. J'ai adoré cet endroit, l'accueil, la déco et surtout la cuisine, un régal pour les papilles. Je recommande vivement.

Lescaleyrou vaut le détour, la créativité et le savoir-faire du chef se reflètent dans chaque plat délicieux qu’il élabore avec soin. Ambiance chaleureuse.
