– La pâte est aérée ET croustillante (pas molle ou imbibée comme d'autres peuvent l'être trop souvent)
– Les pizzas sont copieuses : garniture en quantité au regard de la qualité des produits (on ne trouve pas seulement deux bouts de mozza qui se battent en duel). Elles ne sont pas non plus inutilement bourratives. Super équilibre.
– Excellent accueil, très sympathique.
Je renouvellerai l'expérience lors d'un prochain passage à Sarlat, c'est certain.
