Cabrían, por lo menos, dos motivos para poner cinco estrellas. Por un lado, la esquisita y refinada cocina de Christian, que si en este mundo solo se atendiera al sabor, originalidad, aroma y artística presentación de sus platos, sería plenamente merecedor de la estrella Michelin, pero por otro, está la amabilidad, simpatía y eficacia de Yadira (perdona si he puesto mal tu nombre) que se basta ella sola para atender a toda la sala
