Located 25 minutes from Pontarlier in the village of Gilley, the Tuyé du Papy Gaby is the highest tuyé in the Haut-Doubs (18 m high), installed in the Republic of Saugeais. Since 1974, the tuyé has been making local products in a traditional way: labelled Morteau sausage, IGP Montbéliard sausages, cumin sausages, comté sausages, cabbage sausages, IGP Jésus de Morteau, raw and cooked ham, bresi, smoked pork loins and bacon... The visits give you explanations on the production process, and a tasting session closes this pleasant moment!
