Here's a brewery with its heart firmly rooted in its land! Pierre-François Maestracci, the son of a winegrower, has been bottling Corsica's terroir for over ten years, using local agricultural and artisanal ingredients to produce his beers with a strong character. Brewed with water from the "U Canale " spring at the foot of the mountain in Patrimonio, the beers are also elegantly bottled and aged. We appreciate the beauty of the bottles, the authenticity and inventiveness of the flavors!

informative kurze Führung und tolles Tasting. Sehr abwechslungsreiche gute Biere und Gespräche. Barnabé der beste Brauer der Welt hat uns persönlich betreut und verköstigt. Tolle Outdoor Bar. Definitiv einen Besuch wert.

L’endroit et très beau les bières sont délicieuse pour le prix et les serveuses et serveuses sont très agréable je recommande très fortement
