U Casanu, on Boulevard Wilson, is a small, distinctive restaurant run by two charming gentlemen who have been friends since childhood. The small, rough stone dining room sets the tone for authenticity. Fabio is in the kitchen, with a wealth of experience in Corsica's great kitchens, and Stéphane is in charge of service. The menu is ever-changing, with tasty dishes such as Cap Corse beef cheek, butcher's veal sausage, linguine U Casanu and typical homemade desserts. A friendly duo who will be delighted to welcome you in the dining room or on the terrace.

Je recommande la terrine de figatellu en entrée et les joues de bœuf, incroyablement fondantes et succulentes. Le patron et le personnel sont très sympathiques et ouverts. Ambiance très conviviale et décontractée.
