John Paul Gourcy is Normand and landed in Perigueux in 2001. He worked at Mazières, rue des Chaîne, and Intermarché Saint-Georges before succeeding Jacques Existential in this district butchery. It retains the same suppliers and therefore the same quality as its predecessor who had been able to forge close ties with its clients. They remained faithful to the "little new".
