Her creations are made from a base of homemade coconut milk, or other options as desired, and enhanced with fresh fruit and crunchy homemade cookies. She creates to order. Her secret? A frosted plate on which she places the ingredients before transforming them into delicious rolled ice creams. You'll find her at Nuits Gourmandes in Périgueux and other local events. She can also be booked to host your special events.
