From family heritage to innovation, Chocolaterie Joseph sublimates cocoa with passion and know-how in the heart of Périgueux.

The boutique is a magnificent setting where you really want to stop off on your way to the market. Rated best artisan chocolatier by the Guide des Gourmands and the Collège Culinaire de France, Frédéric Joseph makes his products and artistic pieces in his Boulazac laboratory (open 15 days before Easter). His pralines and ganaches have won awards at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris. New for 2025: the irresistible Dubai bar. Weekend pastries are also excellent, accompanied by the smiles of the whole team!

Collège Culinaire de France. Open Mondays, 2pm to 7pm; Tuesdays to Fridays, 9am to 7pm; Saturdays, 8am to 7pm; Sundays, 9.15am to 12.45pm. Open on Sundays. Delivery possible (pick-up at the lab in Boulazac, or at the store in Périgueux. For shipping, see conditions on site).

Nous avons profité de nos vacances à Périgueux pendant nos vacances pour goûter les merveilleuses glaces de cette chocolaterie. N'hésitez pas ! Nous avons aussi acheté un ballotin de chocolats qui n'ont pas survécu longtemps !
