Gaël Kellerson worked in London and China before opening his shop. He has already created his own brand Sinsensis France and specializes in importing organic teas or teas from traditional and family production, he stands out by allowing customers to create their own composition, with his help. Almost all continents producing tea and herbal teas are present: Japan, China, Africa, Korea, Vietnam. Special mention for the white organic silver Dragon tea, from century-old tea trees, for its complexity combining fruit and flower. You can also find rare products, peppers or berries: it is the only official retailer of Halen Môn salt, a rarity from Wales, used at the Elysée. Gaël organizes tastings and should open a space for the tea ceremony, but also for breathing.... Gaël has ants in his legs and a single occupation is not enough for him: he develops a coaching activity and will reduce the opening hours of the shop to create internships in the heart of nature, he will propose conferences and organize events with his neighbours, "Books and us" in particular.
