Most of the buildings in the castle of Droupt-Saint-Eulalia date from the end of the th century. It was at that time that Louis the Mairat built a traditional manor house and quite close to the castle of Rosières, near Troyes. In 1770, the family of Guillaume de Chavaudon left a large classical house with a sober facade covered by a slate of slate. It is attached to a beautiful th century pavilion that retains the grooves of its drawbridge. because the whole castle is surrounded by moat.
