LES VINS DE GERMAIN
Germain Joly has swapped his life as a sommelier for that of a wine merchant, which have some similarities. He therefore knows his universe perfectly, the sure values and latest discoveries. He a lots of things to say on the wine universe and the wine-growing regions, with a particular affection for the South, Bordeaux, the Côtes-du-Rhône... and Périgord, of course. More than 300 references can be found in his reserves, small owners to discover, champagnes, whiskies, alcohols, not to mention 150 Belgian and local beers (Le Père L'Amer from Thiviers, Les Deux Ours from Nontron, Périgord Beers from St Saud-Lacoussière, BAM from Marsac-sur-L'Isle). Regulars appreciate the friendly atmosphere, the opportunities to taste, for example Beaujolais charcuterie evening, and the destocking sequences at friendly prices. Germain regularly participates in local events, particularly those of the Pôle métiers d'art.
