Bordered by the artificial lake of Auzon-Temple, which covers more than 1,000 hectares, the commune of Brévonnes was once famous for its beans. It was the former seat of the Kommandantur during the Second World War. In the 1930s, it was home to a tile and brick factory, which after 1960 became a place for handicrafts. See the beautiful Virgin of Pity (16th century) in the oratory of Marmoret. Near the town is the Jonchery pond, where you can go carp fishing. Essentially rural, Brévonnes has a little less than 700 inhabitants. It is a preserved place that will delight lovers of natural spaces
