Here the goats are raised in the respect of the animal with daily walks, so that the milk is rich in flavours and of very good quality. The cheeses are made from raw milk and are hand-made, combining tradition and innovation for the pleasure of the eyes and the taste buds. You will be very well received by the owners, who will offer you many varieties of goat and cow cheese, with pepper, herbs, nuts, all delicious. Present on many night markets in July/August and on the weekly markets in Périgueux and Rouffignac.
