Maison Thierry, named after the former apprentice who took over the establishment, and its employees welcome you to discover its sourdough breads, viennoiseries, cakes and chocolates. Benoît Thierry will continue to offer 100% homemade products and plans to obtain the "Bagatelle" label. All your senses will be awakened with themed pastry creations that reflect the seasons.

La pâtisserie Gauvreau est située à proximité du centre d'Amboise le long de la levée de la loire à quelques pas du château et de l'office de Tourisme. On retrouve de nombreux pains ainsi que de nombreuses pâtisseries, toutes plus appétissantes les unes que les autres et insolites pour certaines. Le boût est au rendez-vous et le prix reste raisonnable.
