Cinephiles and fans of documentary films and unidentified video objects, Heure Exquise is a name to remember. This association - an international center for video art - organizes an annual program of screenings called "Les Temps Forts d'Heure Exquise! The evening program includes video art, documentaries, experimental cinema and performance art. These events take place in various venues across the metropolis, including the Auditorium of the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Lille, the Maison Folie du Fort in Mons-en-Barœul and the Hybride in Lille... The association opens its library, located at the Fort de Mons, to researchers, students and enthusiasts.
