This small restaurant nestled in the corner of an alleyway in Sóller was born in 2011 from a family of food lovers with a passion for their native island. Only the freshest and most local products possible are used to make the house specialty: pintxo. Pintxos are small skewers made of various products from the island, each one tastier than the last. Don't miss the "Solomillo Rockefeller", a delicious fillet mignon with goat cheese and caramelised onions. A very popular address.

Bep Caules, creator and founder of the renowned Cafè Balear in the port of Ciutadella, opens the doors of Pins 46, a place where you can rediscover traditions such as the Vermut moment, dishes and recipes from the 1970s. Located in the heart of the historic quarter, in a typical Menorcan house with a welcoming interior patio, you can enjoy excellent tapas made with products from the island, such as the speciality eggs and bouquets from Ciutadella. Croquettes, octopus a la gallega, carpaccios, meatballs or mussels complete the menu.

This restaurant follows the same philosophy as the eponymous hotel, incorporating the essence and gastronomic culture of Menorca into its recipes. The short and balanced menu, which is renewed according to the seasons, and the tasting menu, are all based on the products of the sea and the land, prepared with great skill by the chef Luís Loza. You will appreciate the simple but intense combinations, as well as the freshness of the ingredients used, which are full of authenticity.

Located at the foot of the citadel, at the end of a small and ancient street, the Bebel is an Italian restaurant that opened its doors in 2018 in the former premises of the very famous fish restaurant Romolo al porto, which was opened in 1968. On the plate, we are dealing with something approaching gourmet cuisine, true to that of Romolo: fish above all! Here, it is the quality of the products that is important! Passed through the hands of the chef, they come in prepared dishes or raw fish tapas. Excellent homemade pasta and desserts!

Le Quadrat is the restaurant of the luxurious 5-star Hotel Sant Francesc, housed in the palace's former stables and directly accessible from Plaça Sant Francesc. Chef Àlvar Albaladejo's Mediterranean creations are revisited and enhanced, with attention to detail in presentation and the right combination of flavours. The two service rooms, framed by light-colored stone, invite you to experience intimacy and a voyage of the senses, especially with the sensational tasting menu. A high-flying address!

Opened in the spring of 2016 by a friendly French restaurant couple, Valerie and Franck, this chain specializes in preparing take-out picnics (up to 70 meals), made with fresh, and local, produce whenever possible: salads, poke bowls, sandwiches, desserts, fresh juices, and homemade beverages, offering vegetarian and vegan options for almost every dish, and even lending out a cooler and icepack. Everything is good, carefully prepared and eco-friendly, and the location is central, just steps from the Cathedral.

This little place on a street corner in beautiful Valdemossa - run by Alessandro and Massimo - is both a store selling traditional crafts and products, and a tasting table. In the pretty, flower-filled patio (refreshing in the height of summer), you can sample local specialties presented on Pa amb oli boards: pan tomate jamón, artisanal embutidos, delicious sobrasadas, local cheeses and Mallorcan wines. It's a fine dining experience, where you're welcomed with simplicity and conviviality. Enjoy!

This bar overlooks the beaches and is located right in front of the islets of Platges de Comte. It offers salads, rations to share, sushi and even some Indian specialties. But it is especially at cocktail time that one frequents the terrace of the Sunset Ashram to enjoy a sublime panorama on the sunset, in a young and cool atmosphere. Every evening, DJs provide the atmosphere. An address known for its chill atmosphere and for the splendid changing landscapes at the time of the sunset ibicenco!

Before arriving in Cala Mastella, access to swimming easier. Many prefer the previous one: it is a little more expensive. It serves the same dishes, all in the typical frame of a ibizienne house.

A stone's throw from the Hostal Pinar, the Finnish restaurant offers simple food with a few universal dishes. On the menu: Milanese steak (about 6 €), bistec con cebolla (steak to onions, approx. 6 €), lomo de (pork backbone), or swallow-mister (2 €). The Xim's Bar is especially suitable for its terrace overlooking this magnificent Llotja building. In the day it is a brasserie where you can enjoy a variety of meat, fish or vegetable tapas. Simple dishes like Roman squid, Pimientos del Padron or Hearty Salads. You can also enjoy iodinated dishes, such as gambas or al al. In the evening, it is a very busy bar, especially on the weekend, the terrace is the ideal place to drink una copa in peace.

Marinières, fajitas, fideua and, more rare, a wide selection of fresh fruit for dessert. Large terrace, nice service, the map is in French.

Menu at 15 €. Take from 15 to 20 € the dish. Good fish card but also grilled meats.
