This little place on a street corner in beautiful Valdemossa - run by Alessandro and Massimo - is both a store selling traditional crafts and products, and a tasting table. In the pretty, flower-filled patio (refreshing in the height of summer), you can sample local specialties presented on Pa amb oli boards: pan tomate jamón, artisanal embutidos, delicious sobrasadas, local cheeses and Mallorcan wines. It's a fine dining experience, where you're welcomed with simplicity and conviviality. Enjoy!

Le cadre est vraiment agréable, un petit patio qui nous permet de nous couper du temps. Un service impeccable, attentionné, enthousiaste et bienveillant. Et bien sûr des planches à déguster DE-LI-CIEU-SES ! Y aller les yeux fermés
