Elegant brewery founded by the Austrian Otto Wipflinger, who was the first to produce, import and distribute Austrian and German beers in Italy. The establishment is still in the hands of the founder's family. The rooms are decorated in Liberty style, with painted ceilings, woodwork and mirrors, leather benches and exceptional seats. On the plate, the cuisine is faithful to tradition, honest in its prices as in its portions.

A rustic and authentic trattoria just the way we like it: wooden interior, exposed beams and rustic chairs and tables topped by crockery on the walls. The tablecloths are canvas and the service is very attentive. As for the cooking, rich and tasty as at grandmother's, it will delight the good forks. This small restaurant in Casteletto di Brenzone, a small, friendly and characteristic village of the lake, has become an institution of the place. Known to all, it has existed since the beginning of the last century, continuing its vocation from generation to generation. Located in front of the charming small tourist port with a few boats, it is easily spotted. This position is an asset that owners have been able to highlight thanks to their very beautiful veranda: a real pleasure to be patient between the dishes by tasting a delicious wine, another strong point, because the cellar is well-dressed. The chef and patron Stefano Rebuli offers dishes of the best regional tradition, tinted with a touch of creativity, rigorously seasonal. For example, the risotto with chicken livers and guinea fowl with white grapes, to be discovered or savoured by the connoisseur. Homemade pasta is perfect, vegetables seasoned with fresh herbs, well grilled meats and delicate desserts.

A bacaro that is both an osteria, with its wooden tables close together and set up for about twenty diners, and a great restaurant thanks to its culinary offer. Fish, shellfish and crustaceans are the priority. They are the basis of good dishes such as tuna carpaccio, octopus gazpacho, or grilled fish. Tagliatelle with boletus or gnocchi with ragout do not leave indifferent either. What makes the little extra, it is the finesse and the creativity that the chef shows to deliver all these recipes.

It's one of the best tables in town. If the room is not very bright and the mountain chalet decoration is inevitably a bit kitsch, the plate is delicious and copious and the service is impeccable. A la carte, Venetian specialities adapted to the season. Special mention for the tasty sliced beef and its red fruit sauce. The house speciality remains nevertheless the grilled meat, minimum 500 grams all the same! The wine list matches the dishes and offers a large choice of Italian vintages. The homemade desserts are also tempting.

Both restaurant and bar, it is the living heart of Arabba where people come to eat and drink at all hours. For they are the only kitchens open non-stop (limited to pizzas outside meal times), very convenient at the time of closing time. We tasted a delicious Capricciosa pizza. Warm and friendly welcome by a smiling and jovial team. Mountain atmosphere with local TV, music a little too loud in the background (you have to speak loudly to discuss) and mischievous old men at the counter.

The restaurant serves excellent authentic Venetian cuisine at the table, as well as tasty cicchetti to enjoy at the bar on the go. The collection of rums, wines and whiskies is impressive. Regular events are organized, from wine tastings to jazz concerts to the piano available to guests, making it a very lively place.

From the warm room you can see the kitchens, while the pleasant summer terrace welcomes you on sunny days. In the plate to start antipasti of very fresh fish, seafood platter, followed by risotti tasty, delicious spaghetti prepared with care and succulent pizzas. Everything, watered with good wines from the region. And as a dessert, the house fire is necessary! A good address.

Nestled in a Venetian courtyard far from the tourist flow but close to Saint-Marc, the address plays the card of discretion.
